“Star for Waterfronts Company” has announced the soft opening of the Middle Beach at Roshn Waterfront, following the completion of rehabilitation and development works aimed at improving infrastructure and enhancing services for visitors.
This project is part of ongoing efforts to develop tourist and recreational areas in Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030.

Comprehensive development works were carried out on the Middle Beach, including infrastructure improvements, new facilities, advanced lighting systems, shaded seating areas, and integrated cleaning services.
Total Area: The Middle Beach now covers approximately 50,000 square meters.
Investments: The project cost around 100 million Saudi Riyals.
Facilities and Services:
Recreational Areas: Dedicated spaces for families and individuals, with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Entertainment Activities: Water activities, children’s play areas, and food kiosks offering snacks and beverages.
Smart Services: Installation of smartphone charging stations and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Environmental Impact:
“Star for Waterfronts Company” prioritized environmental sustainability by using eco-friendly materials and installing water and energy conservation systems.
Soft Opening
The soft opening of the Middle Beach began on October 15, 2023, and will continue for a full month to gather visitor feedback and improve services before the official opening.
Expected Visitors: The beach is expected to welcome over 10,000 visitors weekly during the soft opening period.
Operating Hours: From 8 AM to 12 midnight.
