✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight

This report tracks the progress of Ibdaat 6 as a new architectural presence along Riyadh’s King Fahd Road. The images depict a vertical mass defined by smooth glass curtain walls intersected with stone elements rooted in the Salmani style. This produces a strong urban identity. Yet questions remain about the spatial depth beyond its façade, as the discussion on sustainability or interior dynamics is still absent. While functional narratives are not yet revealed, the completion of the structural phase situates the project within a critical moment. It allows future readings of how it will integrate into the evolving architectural fabric of the capital.
