Work is accelerating on the Avenues Riyadh project, where it has reached 65% of the project, which is worth more than 14 billion riyals on an area of 1.8 million square meters in the capital, Riyadh.
The project will be on a land area of 390 thousand square meters, a rental area of 400 thousand square meters, and a total construction area of 1.8 million square meters.
It will include international hotels, residential apartments, medical clinics, offices and parking lots that can accommodate about 15 thousand vehicles.
The project uses the best designs in the world, standards to preserve the environment and elements of sustainability and obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the US Green Building Council.
