The work on the Tuwaiq Heritage Tower project, which is considered the tallest heritage tower in the world, is accelerating. It is one of the distinctive projects that are in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to promote tourism and culture and highlight Saudi heritage in a way that keeps pace with future aspirations.

The work has reached more than 30 floors out of 52 floors, and the tower is located at the intersection of King Fahd Road and Anas bin Malik Road, a location that is considered one of the most vibrant areas in Riyadh.

The tower derives its design from heritage elements that reflect the beauty of authentic Arab architecture, while integrating them with the latest engineering technologies.

The tower will be approximately 305 meters high and have an area of up to 17 thousand square meters. It includes a hotel, offices, restaurants, cafes and halls.
