Construction work on the Skyline Office Tower on Al-Ulaya Road in Al-Morouj District, north of Riyadh, has reached the 15th floor out of 41 floors.
The Skyline Office Tower is located in Al-Morouj District, north of Riyadh, between the Northern Ring Road and Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Thani Street, on the eastern side of Al-Ulaya Road.
In addition to the 41 floors, there are 6 underground floors, with outdoor seating areas and green spaces that provide a comfortable environment for employees and visitors with external and internal views that enhance the user experience.
The tower was designed to meet the needs of administrative entities, while providing views that motivate employees and investors, with the aim of meeting the requirements of society and future generations.
