The 3rd Weefor ARQ competition invites Brazilian architects to design a residential project in Curitiba’s Água Verde neighborhood, with a focus on creating spaces that meet real community needs and contribute positively to urban development. With total prize money of R$ 611,000, the competition is held in partnership with Revista Projeto.

Project Brief

The competition seeks innovative proposals for a mixed-use residential building on a 3,100m² site, promoting inclusive spaces that harmonize public and private living. Weefor ARQ emphasizes architecture as a pivotal discipline in fostering urban cohesion and community well-being.

  • 1st Prize: R$ 566,000 (R$ 50,000 award + R$ 516,000 contract)

Project Guidelines

Submissions should incorporate an architectural vision that respects the site’s topography, local climate, structural considerations, and regulations. Entries must detail design aspects, spatial integration, and environmental compatibility.
