Signing an agreement to open two luxury hotels in Trogena in NEOM Mountains

Marriott International announced the signing of an agreement with NEOM to open two luxury hotels in Trogena, which is the mountainous destination of NEOM.
The agreement includes the first W hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the JW Marriott Hotel.

W Hotel in Trogena
The W Hotel in Trojena is expected to feature 236 guest rooms, including 47 suites, with uninterrupted views of the mountains and freshwater lake.
The property’s design plans include the brand’s distinctive spaces, including the living room,
WET Deck, W Lounge, AWAY Spa, and FIT Fitness Center.
The hotel is also expected to offer four dining destinations and retail spaces.
The property is located within the area’s Lake Village,
which aims to provide exclusive residential, hospitality and commercial experiences directly on the water’s edge.
The 2.8-kilometre-long architectural lagoon will be a destination expected to feature an enchanted forest and waterfront adventures.
Lake Village will also be home to a range of retail, dining, fresh food offerings, shopping markets and entertainment areas.
JW Marriott in Trogena
Rooted in sophistication, the JW Marriott Hotel at Trogena will be a haven for luxury travelers seeking an ultra-premium escape combined with exceptional service and luxury experiences.
The property is located in The Bow area, which is expected to be a futuristic water world that combines nature and technology to create a unique living environment.
The infrastructure, immersed within the lake and surrounded by the mountainous landscape,
will be designed to withstand the weight and pressure of the surrounding water,
while the remaining spaces will be easily adaptable,
To allow multi-season use including a lobby capable of hosting large scale events.
Plans for the hotel include 500 luxury rooms and suites,
an extensive entertainment offering including a ballroom, meeting spaces,
Five dining options, a fitness club, and a children’s club.
