The Vega Digital Awards honors exceptional achievements in digital media, recognizing excellence across websites, videos, mobile apps, social media, animation, marketing, and podcasts. Open to professionals and enthusiasts worldwide, the awards celebrate innovation, creativity, and technical brilliance in digital craftsmanship.

Categories

The competition includes over 1,000 categories, allowing projects to compete in multiple segments. Each entry is evaluated independently.

Eligibility

The awards are open to all digital media organizations, regardless of size or location. Accepted entries include advertising, design, interactive content, mobile apps, web design, and audio/video productions.

Submission Requirements

  • Entry Brief: A 350-word synopsis is recommended to provide clarity and context for judges. Non-English entries must include a written translation.
  • Image Submissions: JPEG or JPG format, under 4MB, 1200px wide, 300dpi, RGB.
  • Video/Audio Submissions: Upload to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku and provide a direct URL.

Entry Deadlines and Fees

  • Early Bird: Nov 22 – Dec 20, 2024 (Single – $135, Campaign – $195)
  • Regular: Dec 21, 2024 – Jan 24, 2025 (Single – $140, Campaign – $205)
  • Final: Jan 25 – Feb 20, 2025 (Single – $160, Campaign – $215)
  • Final Extension: Feb 21 – Mar 19, 2025 (Single – $180, Campaign – $225)

Achievement Levels

  1. Platinum (Canopus): 85-100 points
  2. Gold (Centauri): 70-84 points
  3. Silver (Arcturus): 50-69 points

Judging Process

Entries are judged blind by experienced digital media professionals worldwide. Evaluation criteria include:

  • Content/Writing
  • Innovation/Creativity
  • Visual Design/Quality
  • Engagement and Reach
  • Technical Execution
  • Functionality/Interactivity
  • Overall User Experience

Results Announcement

Winners will be announced on May 23, 2025, via the official Vega Digital Awards website. Participants can log in to view results.

  • Top Agencies of the Year: Receive a Signature Vega Statuette, banner feature, and exclusive interview.
  • Winning Levels: Complimentary certificates, marketing tools (badges, icons, press release templates), and e-certificates.
