Work continues on the development project of Al-Nawras Island on the Jeddah waterfront, which includes converting hotel chalets into a “public park” with the aim of enhancing the quality of life and providing various recreational facilities in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The project extends over an area of 52,200 square meters, and includes multiple facilities such as pedestrian walkways, cinemas, a marina, restaurants and cafes, a health club, an art gallery, a play area, and a private beach for women.

Al-Nawras Island will be connected to the waterfront by a 25-meter-wide walkway that exceeds two thousand meters in length in both directions, overlooking many restaurants, cafes, entertainment and artistic centers.
The project provides more than a thousand parking spaces to meet the needs of visitors.
