Las Vegas was revealed to be the least expensive city in the US for renters, in 2017.

This is according to figures released by the National Coalition on Low-Income Housing, with the largest shortage of rental housing available and affordable.

He found that Las Vegas had 12 affordable rental units available for every 100 families classified as “very low income”.

That’s worse than Los Angeles, Houston, Orlando, and San Diego,

which were also some of the least affordable cities in the United States.

Since then, we have experienced a global pandemic and a cost-of-living crisis that has made life infinitely more expensive in countries all over the world.

In the aftermath of the 2008 property crash, developers were reluctant to rebuild new homes.

This caused a shortage, which led to an increase in prices, which hit the tenants even more.

As for the affordable housing challenge in Las Vegas, Buildner asked the architects.

The designers also created a new concept of affordable housing, which could ease the pressure on Las Vegas residents.

Participants should also think of designs that are flexible enough to adapt to different sizes.

And accommodate a variety of residents (families, single professionals, couples, etc.)

and their different requirements.

Participants are welcomed to be as creative as possible in the solutions they design,

since there are no specific requirements in terms of structures or location.

The jury will look for designs that challenge typical ideas of housing, design, and society at large.

While at the same time maintaining a functional element, these designs can be seen to be realized.
