They are currently looking to hire an experienced Architect with job running experience in the retail sector. This experience is essential due to the fast-paced nature of retail projects. They are currently working on a confidential project for a high-profile car manufacturer, for a series of luxury car showrooms across the globe.
The Role:
- Project Focus: Fit-out project for a luxury car showroom in London and a new build showroom.
- Essential Skills: Job running, consultancy, project oversight in Revit.
- Software Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office.
- A minimum of five years’ experience, preferably across all project work stages in a relevant sector.
- A good understanding of UK, US or EU permitting and construction.
- Strong design skills and technical knowledge.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude.
- Great organisational and management skills, with the ability to manage internal project teams, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (proficiency in one or more additional languages would also be advantageous).
