The Baglietto Talent Award launches as a platform for young designers to channel creativity into a luxury brand that symbolizes Italian seafaring heritage. This prestigious competition encourages participants to design collections that merge Baglietto’s legacy in shipbuilding with modern lifestyle elements, including furniture, fashion, and jewelry.

Competition Theme

The competition invites designers to explore Baglietto’s nautical legacy. From historic figures like Marco Polo and Christopher Columbus to Italy’s maritime republics, Baglietto’s roots reflect centuries of seafaring pride and innovation. Entrants are encouraged to create unique design pieces that resonate with Baglietto’s iconic status, transforming the brand into a symbol beyond the nautical world and into broader lifestyle products.

  • Gold Mention (4 awards): €500 each
  • Finalists: 20 selected
