CIFF Shanghai 2023 - fostering global collaboration and business networks

With over 1,500 exhibitors and an impressive exhibition area of 370,000 square meters at the NECC – National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai Hongqiao, the 52nd CIFF Shanghai represents the entire furniture supply chain, covering home, outdoor, and leisure furniture, furnishing accessories and textiles, furniture for offices and public spaces, as well as machinery for the furniture industry.

Since 2015, it has been held twice a year, in March in Guangzhou Pazhou and in September in Shanghai Hongqiao. With eight years of continuous development, CIFF Shanghai has evolved to focus on the high-end domestic market while fostering international cooperation. It effectively connects industry-leading brands at the fair with essential distribution channels in both Chinese and international markets.

This year, the 52nd CIFF Shanghai is placing a strong emphasis on innovation and original design, dedicating two pavilions to showcase top brands, special exhibitions, and services for product designers, interior designers, and design professionals. The event serves as a prime business platform for successful positioning in the Chinese market, offering opportunities for brands to find partners and establish new business channels both online and offline.

Attendees can interact directly with major high-end Chinese distributors, including Red Star Macalline, as well as small and medium-sized retailers, contractors, designers, and decision-makers.

International cooperation is another vital aspect of the fair. The event is actively building relationships with traditional and multimedia international distribution channels, offering exclusive services to foreign buyers and professionals to facilitate their travel to China and business development with exhibitors. The fair has also invested in international promotion through major international media outlets.

To enhance the exhibition experience and align with the central themes of furniture and new lifestyles, CIFF Shanghai has revamped its layout with 13 dedicated NECC pavilions and four themed exhibition events. These events include:

  • CIFF Home Textiles & Accessories Lifestyle Exhibition
  • CIFF Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair
  • CIFF Offices & Public Spaces Exhibition
  • CIFF Urban Outdoor Furniture Exhibition
