Construction has officially commenced on the new Sheraton Tower in Al Khobar. This marks a major addition to the city’s architectural and hospitality landscape. The tower is strategically located facing the Arabian Gulf and directly adjacent to Shubaily Mall. It is set to become a key destination for both business and leisure travelers.

A Fully Integrated Hotel Project

Rising 25 stories, the hotel will house over 580 rooms and suites. This makes it one of the largest hospitality developments in the region. The tower is designed to offer a wide range of high-end services and facilities, including:

  • A grand ballroom, conference center, and multiple meeting rooms
  • Fine dining restaurants offering diverse cuisines
  • A dedicated cinema hall
  • Two health clubs for guests
  • A rooftop swimming pool on the 25th floor with panoramic views
  • A helipad for VIP arrivals

Early Construction Progress

Aerial images from the site reveal that foundation work and concrete pouring are already underway. Several tower cranes and heavy equipment are actively operating on site. While the developer has yet to make an official announcement, the project’s scale and location suggest a bold vision. This aims to elevate the city’s hospitality standards.

Once completed, experts expect the Sheraton Tower to play a pivotal role in boosting domestic tourism. It will also attract international visitors, especially amid growing demand for luxury accommodations in Al Khobar.
