Deniz Aktay creates Crossbred, a wooden side table with storage that elevates contemporary and minimalist interiors.

Deniz Aktay, a German designer who resides in Germany, creatively creates “Crossbred,” a conceptual hardwood side table with practical storage options.

Enhancing both traditional and contemporary environments with ease – “During my education and professional experience – the detailed components of creation have been crucial in my creative process. My enthusiasm developed as I honed in on creating furniture and other items.

Finding the ideal balance between material, proportion, and usefulness, in my opinion, is what makes good design. Making a new thing while taking into account all of these factors is a fun challenge every time! Deniz Aktay says.

Furniture that adapts to changing demands and lifestyles

The name of this minimalistic piece of furniture, which is fashioned like a cross and has a warm Scandinavian design, refers to both its form and its function. It stands steadily on the tips of its two legs.

The Crossbred’s dynamic bent plywood construction cleverly separates the design into many storage compartments, providing the ideal spot for storing books, periodicals, and small decorative things.

The top includes a flat area perfect for setting up mugs, gadgets, and a place to leave an open book.

This varied assortment of one-of-a-kind objects may also hold office supplies like pencils or a smartphone.

You can use every nook/crevice for something; it’s multi-functional with understated beauty and a perfect fit for today’s world.

Moreover, Aktay continues, “Highly versatile, one will be able to create storage tailored to their particular lifestyles and demands by adjusting the cross’s sizes and portions.
