Named Villa 95, the three-storey house consists of three main volumes that are rotated towards the forest to capture different vistas.

Design features

While the main volume contains the main functions, the higher volume is for more private spaces such as bedrooms.

There is a separate space at the front dedicated to an infinity pool and deck, which doubles as a private terrace.

Fran Silvestre Arquitectos created the expressive nature of this three-storey house as

“a continuous movement that proposes, between its different rooms,

a passage to explore the landscape that expands in front of it”.

The external morphology is also being arranged with a view to taking full advantage of the possibility of building its own plot.

Through its long diagonal, it appears that the pieces are connected only at their heads,

but the inner part is intertwined and in permanent connection.

While the upper floor opens onto a large balcony:

The roof of the middle piece extends its limits in both directions;

outwards, towards the pool, and into the plot up to the upper level boundaries.

By forming three successive spaces, the structure draws the eye to follow its shape;

An almost playful character that immediately assumes and suggests the distinct identity of the house.
