“Diriyah” signs a contract to develop the “Boulevard District” for 426.3 million riyals

As part of its efforts to develop the “Boulevard” district project, Diriyah Company signed a contract to implement architectural design works worth 426.3 million riyals (113.6 million US dollars) with “Omrania”, one of the companies specialized in the construction field.

The company will work to employ its expertise to be the multidisciplinary design consultant for a group of buildings with unique designs in 3 community areas in the “Boulevard” district.

The company’s scope of work includes the initial concept design, planning and detailed design, in addition to supervising the implementation of construction works within these community areas located in the “Boulevard” district.

It is worth noting that the “Boulevard” district is a major destination within the Diriyah project, which is worth 236 billion riyals (63.2 billion dollars).
