The tower rises 174 meters above the street. It stands on a 15-meter-high colonnade that lets daylight and air flow into a spacious public plaza filled with city life. Four grand entrances link the plaza to nearby streets, making the building a key point of movement and interaction.
At the plaza’s core, a large atrium brings natural light down six floors to the underground station below. This creates an elegant link between the architecture above and the infrastructure beneath.

From its inception, the project was guided by principles of environmental responsibility. The tower operates fully on electric power, using a pure air ventilation system combined with passive chilled beams to reduce energy consumption while maintaining superior air quality. Local vegetation covers its terraces, and several historic artworks salvaged from earlier structures on the site have been carefully reintegrated, merging art, ecology, and architecture into a unified experience.

More than a commercial development, 1 Elizabeth is an architectural statement that redefines the relationship between infrastructure and public life.
