FLORENCE HILLS Competition
Overview
Florence Hills is an international two-phase architecture competition by Terraviva Competitions focused on the adaptive reuse of Podere Santa Margherita, a decaying rural estate nestled in Tuscany’s Chianti region. The competition invites creatives to breathe new life into this historic site by transforming it into a contemporary luxury residence, blending heritage with innovative design.
With a prize pool of up to €25,000, the competition offers a unique platform for architects and designers to gain international recognition. Finalists will have their projects considered for realization through private agreements with Florence Hills S.r.l.

All submissions must focus on adaptive reuse, maintain architectural authenticity, and prioritize luxury design values. Participants should reimagine internal and external spaces with thoughtful materials, finishes, and furnishings.
