A New Landmark in a Rapidly Growing District

The tower’s location is no coincidence it stands at the heart of a rapidly developing area. This area has become a magnet for investment and modern construction. Al Awali Rise joins a growing list of high rise developments. These developments are reshaping the architectural language of northern Riyadh.

Vertical Design with a Clear Office Function

The design leans heavily on vertical lines and bold geometric volumes, with glass façades that respond to light and movement. The tower will primarily serve as a commercial office building, with additional support facilities expected to accommodate its future tenants.
