The Golden Pin Design Award 2025, one of Asia’s most prestigious and influential design competitions, is now open for entries. Beginning March 17, designers and businesses worldwide are invited to submit their best works for a chance at international recognition. With a legacy dating back to 1981, the award celebrates exceptional design across four main categories: Product Design, Communication Design, Spatial Design, and Integration Design.
Additionally, the Golden Pin Concept Design Award invites submissions of innovative design concepts not yet realized, offering a platform for ideas with transformative potential.
Since opening globally in 2014, the award has attracted entries from renowned international companies and designers, including AISIN CORPORATION, Starbucks Singapore, Architects 49, HP Inc., ASUS, and many more. Organized by Taiwan’s Industrial Development Administration (MOEA) and executed by the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI), the competition supports both industrial and social innovation.
