Hooba Design Group has unveiled the Marbella Residential Complex, a bold architectural project in Kelarabad, Iran, aiming to offer a sustainable alternative to traditional apartment blocks. Spanning 38,477 square meters, the project introduces “high-rise villas” that draw inspiration from regional architecture while complying with local environmental laws.

Design Concept

The Marbella Residential Complex reimagines urban living with a unique typology of stacked villas. The design reflects a blend of tradition and innovation, proposing a construction method rooted in the region’s local knowledge. The villas, elevated on large columns, create a network of pitched, overlapping volumes.

At the ground level, a green landscape hosts recreational spaces, while an expansive seating area is sheltered by the elevated structures. Each villa features large glazed openings and terraces adorned with greenery, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.

Sustainability Features

Sustainability is central to the project’s vision. The complex incorporates rainwater collection and purification systems to meet most of its water needs. The design also emphasizes energy efficiency and ecosystem preservation, striving to create a sustainable community for residents.

Amenities and Interiors

The interiors are spacious and open-plan, with mezzanine levels and glazed divisions that enhance natural light. The complex also includes swimming pools and rooftop terraces connected by external staircases, providing additional leisure spaces for residents.

Hooba Design Group’s Marbella Residential Complex represents a forward-thinking approach to urban design, merging sustainable practices with innovative architecture.
