Othaim Circle: A qualitative leap for Khobar

The structural framework of the Othaim Circle project, one of the largest mixed-use tourism projects in the Eastern Province, has been completed.

The project spans an area of ​​over 52,000 square meters in the heart of the Khobar waterfront.

This project represents a significant step toward achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, through the development of a modern infrastructure that will enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global tourist destination.

Othaim Circle: A Blend of Entertainment and Commerce

The project is distinguished by its unique geographical location, directly overlooking the Arabian Gulf, making it particularly attractive to both investors and visitors.

The project includes diverse facilities, including more than 80 retail outlets and 86 specialty restaurants and cafes, along with a gym and a luxurious spa, making it a vibrant hub for shopping and recreation.

Role in Developing the Local Economy

The Othaim Circle project is expected to contribute significantly to strengthening the local economy, with estimates indicating the potential to provide hundreds of job opportunities for citizens and residents.

According to economic reports, such projects contribute to a 10% increase in the gross domestic product (GDP) in urban areas. This supports the Kingdom’s drive to diversify sources of income away from oil, as part of the pillars of Vision 2030.

Environmental Sustainability and Green Spaces

The project also features a focus on environmental conservation, encompassing 18,871 square meters of green spaces, providing a comfortable and healthy environment for visitors.

This reflects the project’s commitment to environmental sustainability and improving quality of life, a pillar of Vision 2030.

Anticipated Opening and Preparations to Welcome One Million Visitors Annually

Othaim Circle is scheduled to open in 2025 and is expected to attract more than one million visitors annually, making it a valuable addition to the Kingdom’s list of modern tourist destinations.

This project will represent a new model for the integration of real estate and tourism investment in the Eastern Province.

This project is a strong step toward transforming the city of Khobar into a global destination for entertainment, tourism, and trade, in a spirit fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
