Nestled behind the dunes of a remarkable oceanfront landscape, Médano El Pinar will host approximately 120 beachfront residences with 1 to 5 bedrooms. These units are strategically arranged along the 425-meter length of the structure in a terraced, non-overlapping format. This design prioritizes privacy while making each unit feel like a standalone home, complemented by unobstructed ocean views.

The building’s low-profile and elongated design harmonizes with the natural environment, blending seamlessly into the pristine coastal surroundings. Generously designed interiors open onto expansive elevated private gardens, providing residents with panoramic views and fostering a connection with nature.

Conscious Luxury and Sustainable Living

Médano El Pinar embodies the philosophy of “conscious luxury,” emphasizing harmony with the environment while supporting resilience and well-being. Its design utilizes Mass Timber construction, locally sourced to minimize the carbon footprint from transportation. Further sustainable features include:

  • Nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB) standards for energy efficiency.
