The RIAI Architecture Awards celebrate outstanding Irish architecture, aiming to inspire excellence in design for a sustainable future. These annual awards highlight the value of architecture in society, from homes and workplaces to schools, healthcare facilities, and urban environments. High-quality architecture is inclusive, sustainable, and contributes positively to climate action.

Why You Should Participate?

As Ireland’s leading architecture awards, the RIAI Awards provide a unique opportunity to showcase and promote projects. Here’s why participation is valuable:

  • Wide Public Reach: Shortlisted projects are featured in the Public Choice Campaign, engaging a broad audience and inspiring appreciation for architectural excellence.
  • Extensive Media Exposure: Winners and shortlisted projects are highlighted in national and regional media, RIAI platforms, and the RIAI Journal (Architecture Ireland).
  • Exclusive Publicity Toolkit: Shortlisted entrants receive a media toolkit, including a special e-signature, to help promote their nomination.

The RIAI Awards 2025 are open to all RIAI members, welcoming projects of all types, scales, and from diverse architectural practices. Regional diversity is also encouraged.
