Launched in 2013 by Makoto Suzuki and Ayumi Koyama, AtMa is a studio focused on spatial design for fashion retail stores, restaurants, window displays and creative direction for hotels and apartments.

Their project SABO aims at reconsidering the relationship between humans and nature, artificial objects and organic materials.

Among the pieces presented, the “Void” vase makes us reflect on the contrast between “controlled nature and uncontrolled nature” and a sundial with no scale encourages an intuitive, sensory experience of time.
