The Bend Project Redefines Downtown Nashville with a Contemporary Urban Design
An Integrated Urban Vision
At the heart of Nashville, the The Bend development emerges as one of the city’s most prominent new urban projects. Spanning around 50,000 square meters, it combines residential, hospitality, and retail functions within a unified architectural form. The complex features a 12 story residential tower with 261 units, designed to balance openness and comfort. Beneath the structure lie three underground parking levels to reduce surface congestion.
