The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Resort, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East, will soon open in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of the Red Sea project. This luxury resort, which joins an exclusive group of five Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, is located on Umm Island near the St. Regis Red Sea Resort and enjoys stunning natural views. The resort will offer 63 luxury villas ranging from one to four bedrooms, distributed over the water and on the beach.
The Ritz-Carlton Resort in the Red Sea combines seclusion and sophistication to provide a distinctive experience for its guests, with five-star amenities such as a luxurious spa, swimming pools, and a variety of restaurants. It will also include entertainment events focusing on protecting local landscapes. However, room rates and booking details have not been announced yet, but reservations are expected to open in the coming weeks.
The resort reflects the distinctive features of the world’s leading Ritz-Carlton hotels, located in carefully selected, remote locations, combining human connection with unique elements of local culture, heritage and environment. These hotels are located in diverse locations such as Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

It is noteworthy that the first phase of the development of the Red Sea project is proceeding according to plan. A total of 16 hotels are scheduled to open, providing 3,000 hotel rooms on five islands and two inland locations, boosting the region’s tourism and hospitality industry. These hotels will be ready by the end of 2024, creating jobs and extensive infrastructure services catering to the needs of tourists from all over the world. This project is an exciting initiative that is sure to benefit the entire region and beyond.
