Opengap invites participants to face the planning of an urban housing or mixed-use tower. to figure on avant-garde, innovative and visionary proposals promoting new ideas on the way to better manage the growing density of cities with designs that contribute to communities and permit a self-sufficient future. Each participant or team will define the situation of their project, however, the proposal must justify the selection of the situation .

The competition is hospitable all architects, designers, architecture students and to people round the world curious about the subject . Competitors can subscribe individually or as a team of maximum of 5 people.

The proposal submission will contains two digital panels in .jpg format, not bigger than 7MB each.

– FIRST PRIZE, 2000 Euro
– SECOND PRIZE, 1000 Euro
– THIRD PRIZE, 500 Euro
– MENTIONS, Mentions will not have an economic prize

BEGINNING OF THE COMPETITION: January 4, 2021

REGISTRATION 1ST PERIOD: From January 4 to February 2, 2021

REGISTRATION 2ND PERIOD: From February 3, until March  2, 2021

REGISTRATION 3RD PERIOD: From March 3, until April 14, 2021

REGISTRATION 4RD PERIOD: From April 15, until May 11, 2021

COMPETITION REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 11, 2021

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Until May 18, 2021

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT: During June, 2021

AWARDING OF PRIZES: During July, 2021

Registration fee: 35.00 € + VAT (21%)

 

1ST PERIOD (from 4/JAN/2021 to 02/FEB/2021):  35,00 euro

2ND PERIOD (from 03/FEB/2021 to 02/MAY/2021): 60,00 euro

3RD PERIOD (from 03/MAY/2021 to 14/APR//2021): 90,00 euro

4RD PERIOD (from 15/APR/2021 to 11/MAR/2021):  110,00 euro
