2023 TITAN Property Awards: Season 2

The TITAN Property Awards program recognizes, celebrates, and honors the highest levels of achievement in property development, interior design, architecture, landscape design, and marketing, focusing on ergonomics, innovativeness, living standards, originality, and sustainability.

Furthermore, This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

Categories:

TITAN Property Awards Categories are divided into 6 award programs – architecture design, interior design, property development, landscape design, real estate, and property marketing.

Eligibility:

The awards program is open to all property developers, interior designers, architects, landscape designers, and other property industry professionals. Any person, group, or organization may turn in their submissions online. Also, To be eligible, an entry must have been produced after January 1, 2018 (almost a 5-year window). Entries may originate from any country.

2023 TITAN Awards Season 2 Entry Deadline & Fees:
Early Bird – MAY 12 – JUN 21, 2023 ($119 – $220)
Regular – JUN 22 – JUL 19, 2023 ($129 – $250)
Final – JUL 20 – AUG 23, 2023 ($149 – $270)
Final Ext – AUG 24 – SEP 20, 2023 ($159 – $290)

Winning Level:

There are THREE (3) levels of achievement in the competition:
– Category Winners of the Year
– Platinum TITAN (85-100 points)
– Gold TITAN (60-84 points)

Judging:

Judging is blind. All entrant information is removed from entries to prevent bias/conflict of interest.

Furthermore, The TITAN list of jurors consists of a wide variety of esteemed industry professionals, educators, influencers, and editors who are devoted to creative professionals, marketing communications, interior design, architecture, and property development. Moreover, Judges are selected based on experience, credibility, and availability.

Results Announcement:

All winners for Season 2 will be on November 10, 2023, via TITAN Property Awards’ official page. All registered participants can then log in to see the winning works.

Prizes:

– The Category Winners of the Year receive a complimentary limited-edition trophy and professionally designed certificate.
– One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry. Also, this includes entry title, entering company/winners’ name, and category.
– Top tier (Platinum and Gold) winners will be on the TITAN Property Awards site’s Gallery. Moreover, professionals can view your work.
– Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.
– Platinum and Gold winners be on social media or our media partner on Muse. World’s website.
