The club consists of 4 floors spread over an area of 7,900 square meters, and is expected to provide a comfortable and attractive destination for its members, whether they intend to conduct business, relax, entertain, or participate in yachting events. on the Red Sea. A vaulted, reflective ceiling over a star-lit floor provides an alternative night sky for guests in the evening.
The marine basin, which extends over an area of 10 hectares, includes a marina with 120 berths for yachts up to 130 meters in length, designed to host yachting events, residents, and boat races, and includes berths for giant yachts, a floating fuel dock and a guest services berth.
AMAALA offers three unique and picturesque destinations spread over an area of 4,155 square kilometres, designed to provide a world-class and unique center for recreation based on the concept of sustainable development, and the entire project aims to meet at least the minimum standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
The first phase of the Triple Bay development is in full swing and is scheduled to be completed in 2024, and will consist of eight resorts that will provide more than 1,300 hotel rooms, in addition to an array of restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities. The site is witnessing continuous progress in terms of building and enabling infrastructure and main assets, and it currently includes more than 1,000 workers, and AMAALA has awarded more than 250 contracts worth more than 5 billion riyals, including about one billion riyals in the first quarter of this year alone, coinciding with the escalation of the pace of work. field.
An additional 1.2 billion riyals are expected to be awarded in the second quarter of the year, and a request for proposals has been put on the market for a public-private partnership for utilities, with the aim of ensuring that the project keeps pace with its ambitions in the field of sustainability. AMAALA will work with renewable energy without relying on the national power plant.
