The Role
They are seeking a passionate all-rounder who thrives at RIBA Stages 4 and 5 and excels in Revit. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar scale studio, with a proven track record across commercial, education, life sciences, and master planning sectors. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and candidates will undergo a Revit assessment during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise advanced knowledge of project complexity to drive team success and meet design goals.
- Develop confidence and independence in all aspects of the design process.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to design solutions as an integral team member.
- Generate and review project drawings, calculations, and documentation for all stages.
- Prepare compelling client presentations and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure work is accurate and compliant with project standards and delivery manuals.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with partners and consultants.
- Incorporate regenerative design solutions to meet sustainability targets.
- Strong experience in BIM and Revit.
- Expertise across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, with a versatile design background.
- Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and other design tools.
