Burtville Developments Advances on 7 Residential Projects in Abu Dhabi Ahead of Schedule

Burtville Developments has announced significant progress across its residential projects in Abu Dhabi, with data published on the DARI platform showing that all seven developments have surpassed their planned construction targets for August.
In Yas Bay on Yas Island, Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 recorded a completion rate of 26.02%, exceeding the scheduled target of 20.1% by 5.92%. Meanwhile, Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 reached 23.4%, ahead of the planned 18.75%, marking a gain of 4.65%.
In Masdar City, Ville 11 achieved 75.13% completion, surpassing its scheduled 69.5% by 5.63%, while Ville 12 reached 25.06%, outpacing the planned 20.17% by 4.89%.
At the Bab Al Qasr Resort Residences, progress has been equally notable. Residence 18 has reached 24.12% against a planned 18.95%, leading by 5.17%, while Residence 19 stands at 21.25%, compared to the scheduled 16.80%, with an advance of 4.45%.
Along the waterfront at Al Raha Beach, Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 reported 3.5% completion, more than double the targeted 1.5%.
These results highlight the accelerated pace of Burtville Developments’ residential projects across key districts of Abu Dhabi, reinforcing the ongoing transformation of the city’s urban landscape.
