Property developer Little Initiatives has collaborated with DKO Structure to create this 8-storey workplace constructing in Melbourne’s fringe suburb of Cremorne—an space that unofficially known as ‘Australia’s Silicon Valley’.
Mission description from architects: ‘The mixture of heritage and up to date materiality, with contextually-driven architectural element, ensures an applicable design response for the guts of Cremorne and one that may embed itself into the wealthy industrial ancestry’.
