The E-Space North American headquarters and airport development in Arlington, Texas, reached its topping-out milestone on 23 October 2026. The event confirms completion of the primary structural frame while substantial envelope, services, fit-out and airside works remain.

One program across industrial and airside systems

The project combines a 480,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility with parking, an airport access road, an aircraft apron and a 33,450-square-foot hangar. The Arlington Economic Development Corporation is developing and will own the industrial real estate, which will be leased for the headquarters.

The access road is intended to connect the site to the new Dr. Martin Luther King Drive extension. Completion is currently estimated for summer 2027. Employment and long-term economic figures published by the city remain projections rather than measured results.

What practitioners should watch

The critical interface is not the office component alone but the coordination of manufacturing flows, hangar clearances, apron operations and public road access. Topping out narrows structural uncertainty, yet sequencing utilities, security boundaries and airside movement will remain central to commissioning the campus as one functioning system.
