$11.64 – $23.27
Bruges Triennial 2027 will take place from April 24 to September 5, 2027, across the historic city center of Bruges and Zeebrugge, Belgium. The fifth edition, titled “After Birth – Structures of Togetherness,” explores the human need for connection, community, rituals, and shared experiences throughout life, from birth to death.
Curated by Swedish curatorial duo Ulrika Flink and Helen Rix Runting, the Triennial will transform Bruges’ historic urban landscape into an open-air exhibition featuring around ten monumental contemporary art and architecture installations. Integrated into public spaces and the city’s existing architecture, the works invite visitors to experience new perspectives on togetherness and the ways people create shared spaces and meaningful connections.
The exhibition is completely free to the public and can be explored along a walkable outdoor route through Bruges and Zeebrugge, creating a unique dialogue between contemporary art, architecture, heritage, and the urban environment.
