World Workplace Asia-Pacific 2027 will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, on 2–3 June 2027. Organised by IFMA with its Indonesian chapter, the conference addresses how buildings and workplaces adapt after they enter use.

Why it matters to building professionals

The announced theme, “The Adaptive Future of FM”, brings operational resilience, technology and changing workplace needs into the same discussion. For architects and owners, the useful question is how design decisions continue to perform as occupancy, maintenance demands and organisational needs change.

Conference focus

Six strands cover adaptability, resilience, intelligence, infrastructure, leadership and professional development. The organisers describe workshops, panel discussions and keynote presentations. These are programme intentions; individual sessions and speakers should be checked as the detailed schedule develops.
