A new architectural landmark in the heart of Riyadh

External cladding work has begun on Alinma Tower, the new headquarters of Alinma Bank, one of the most prominent modern urban projects in the capital, Riyadh.

This tower boasts a strategic location in the Yasmin district, north of the city, at the intersection of two main roads: King Fahd Road and King Salman Road, making it easily accessible from all over the city.

This unique tower is not just an office building; it is a symbol of the urban renaissance taking place in the Kingdom, with a modern facade that reflects Alinma Bank’s identity and its future-oriented approach.

Alinma Tower: A unique, world-class architectural design

Alinma Tower rises to a height of 213 meters and comprises 42 floors designed to the highest international quality standards, with a Category A classification for luxury offices.

The tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), a global firm renowned for designing skyscrapers in major cities such as Chicago, Dubai, and London.

The attention to meticulous architectural detail reflects the Bank’s aspirations to create a sophisticated work environment befitting its ambitions and expansion plans in the banking sector.

Alinma Tower: Smart Infrastructure and a Stimulating Work Environment

The project spans an area of ​​12,000 square meters, with a built-up area exceeding 151,700 square feet, and includes:

A 42-story main building

Seven basement floors dedicated to parking and services

A four-story support building containing a Level 4 data center, multi-purpose halls, showrooms, cafes, and a childcare center.

The headquarters provides workspace for more than 2,000 employees and serves all Alinma Bank departments, with smart infrastructure that supports digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications.

Precise Implementation and a Tight Timeline

The Saudi Construction Company has undertaken the project, with a contract commencing in March 2023 and expected to be completed within 36 months.

Currently, external cladding work is progressing according to the approved schedule, using the best and most sustainable materials.
