Under the guidance of architect Barbora Vokac Taylor, the “Family Cottage” project has been designed to reflect local heritage with a modern touch. Founded in 2013, Vokac Taylor’s studio provides architectural and interior design services, focusing on residential design.

Charming Location and Flexible Accommodation

The cottage is situated on a sloping site overlooking Peninsular Lake, consisting of a main house, an integral garage, and a separate sleeping cabin. The garage is accessed via a winding driveway connecting the home to the shore road. The house’s design respects the surrounding nature, with maple trees enveloping it, creating a sense of being
