✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight
The article introduces the fifth phase of the SEDRA project as an urban expansion. It balances residential architecture with extensive green spaces. The visual impression highlights varied materials and colour palettes, with façades shaped by the Salmani style that blends tradition and modernity. Yet, a question arises: does the design achieve sufficient contextual relevance to integrate with the surrounding urban fabric, or does it remain visually detached? Nevertheless, the inclusion of generous public areas stands as a positive feature. This reinforces sustainability while enhancing the project’s long-term social value.
