Launch of the Second Phase of the “Avenues Riyadh” Project
As part of its ambitious vision to develop innovative urban projects, Shomoul Holding Company announced the launch of the second phase of the Avenues Riyadh project, one of the largest mixed-use projects in the capital, this April.
The project is located at the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahd Road, a strategic location that enhances the project’s position as a major destination in the heart of Riyadh.
Phase One: A Solid Foundation for Future Success
It is worth noting that the first phase of the project included basic infrastructure works, engineering and logistical preparation of the site, in addition to the design of the master plans for the complex and its surrounding areas.
This phase also included the development of some preliminary facilities that helped create a supportive environment for the second phase and laid the foundation for a modern and integrated urban development.
Strategic Partnerships with Leading Construction Companies
In the second phase, the project entered the major construction phase after appointing two companies, ThyssenKrupp and Aldein, to implement the main construction works.
Alghanim International has been selected to construct Towers F9 and F2, while Al Ahmadiah will build Towers E and G.
Ambitious Construction Timeline and Engineering Excellence Expected
Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2025, with a 33-month implementation period. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
During this period, five unique towers will be constructed, combining residential, commercial, and entertainment features, transforming the city’s urban design.
