Architectural Diversity and Salmani-Inspired Design

The initial release offers more than 700 housing units, including standalone villas, townhouses, and duplexes. The homes feature varied layouts and facades designed in line with the Salmani architectural style. This style blends tradition with modernity through advanced materials and contemporary construction techniques. It is complemented by a range of colour schemes and spatial configurations.

✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight
The article introduces the fifth phase of the SEDRA project as an urban expansion. It balances residential architecture with extensive green spaces. The visual impression highlights varied materials and colour palettes, with façades shaped by the Salmani style that blends tradition and modernity. Yet, a question arises: does the design achieve sufficient contextual relevance to integrate with the surrounding urban fabric, or does it remain visually detached? Nevertheless, the inclusion of generous public areas stands as a positive feature. This reinforces sustainability while enhancing the project’s long-term social value.
