GENERAL PURPOSE

A basic housing prototype are going to be conceptualized for college kids of 1 to three people with private spaces and shared services. it’ll function as an independent element and can be a part of a group of 10 units. it’ll be located within a natural urban landscape and must stand out for its geometric and contemporary aesthetics.

The MILLENNIAL HOUSE UNIT, as an independent and joint element, will function as a dormitory and should be a part of a posh that enhances services like entrances, laundry, parking, visitor area, etc. (which won’t be projected).

For the conception of the prototype, it’s essential to know to whom it’s directed, that it must have characteristics of Smart House, which satisfies any basic activity of young students.

The contest is aimed at all qualified architects and architecture students of the world, as long as Spanish is maintained as the official language.
