Work has been completed on Safana Tower 2, the latest residential tower in Al-Sahafa District in Riyadh.

The opening of Safana Tower 2, the latest residential tower that adorns the skyline of the upscale Al-Sahafa District in Riyadh, has been officially announced.

Safana Tower 2 is located in the heart of Al-Sahafa District, one of the most prominent districts in North Riyadh, and is distinguished by its strategic location that provides easy access to the most important destinations in the city.

With its facilities, the tower gives its residents absolute privacy with options ranging from villas and apartments, all consisting of two bedrooms with a private pool for each unit.

The tower also provides a variety of facilities that include a business center, a council, and a prayer room, in addition to a women’s and men’s gym, with a children’s activity room.

According to the implementing company, the total ownership size of the tower reaches 160 square meters.

During the ceremony, Safana Tower 4 was launched in North Riyadh without revealing the rest of the details of the new project.
