The Saint-Gobain Grants Program invites innovative ideas that can drive meaningful change and positively impact the built or unbuilt environment. This program seeks proposals that are practical, implementable, and capable of addressing current needs while fostering economic growth, innovation, and community unity. Whether it’s a concept that enhances sustainability, promotes social responsibility, or introduces digital innovation, the program provides a platform to bring these visions to life. Winners will receive a grant of Rs. 1 Lakh to execute their proposed ideas and contribute to inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability.
Eligibility
The program is open to architecture students or young architects under 35, as well as interior design students and professionals from courses of at least three years duration. All past and present Transparence participants can also apply, regardless of age or graduation year. Past winners and applicants of Saint-Gobain Scholarships may re-apply with new ideas or proposals for advancing their existing projects. Applications can be submitted individually or in teams, though only one team member’s travel will be sponsored for the interview round if shortlisted.
Proposal Requirements
Submissions should align with at least one of the program’s core pillars: sustainability, social responsibility, socio-cultural impact, digital innovation, or advancements in new products, materials, and building technology. The process includes registration, completing a form, and uploading the proposal.
Important Dates
Registrations begin on August 21, 2024, and the final submission deadline is October 31, 2024.
