Founded by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, Studio Fuksas is one of the most recognized international architectural practices around the world.

For more than 40 years, the studio has developed an innovative style that attracts a wonderful variety of works.

It creates space for urban intervention in airports, museums and hotels for the culture of musical space,

Conference centers, offices, and interior design projects.

With headquarters in Rome, Parigi and Shenzhen, and a staff of 170 specialists,

the studio has implemented more than 600 projects.

Studio Fuksas

Studio Fuksas, led by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, is one of the most prominent international architecture firms in the world.

Massimiliano Fuksas, of Lithuanian origin, was born in Rome in 1944.

He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1969.

Since the 1980s, he has been considered one of the main protagonists of the contemporary architectural scene.

He was a visiting professor at a number of universities, such as: Columbia University in New York.

The Private School of Architecture in Paris, the Bilddenden Kunst Academy in Vienna,

and the Stadtlich der Bilddenden Art Academy in Stuttgart. From 1998 to 2000,

He directed the “VII Mostra Internazionale di Architettura di Venezia” “Less Aesthetics, More Ethics”.

Since 2000 he has been the author of the Architecture column – founded by Bruno Zevi – in the Italian news magazine “L’Espresso”.

He received many honors and awards, including the “Medaglia della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri”

In 2012; The “Legion of Honor” awarded to him by the President of the French Republic in 2010,

and the “Order of Arts and Letters of the French Republic” in 2000.

He won the “Grand National Prize for French Architecture”, 1999 and the Professional Prize “Vitruvio International a la Trayecttoria”, 1998, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
