For starters, learning the history and context of Detroit will provide us with a deeper understanding of the issues they face within their community; Detroit has been subject to many occupations and conflicts. Despite this, it is still a city that has a lot to offer and this is where most of the successful businesses started. Because of its majestic architecture, some have referred to Detroit as the “Paris of the West”. With the influx of real estate investments in Detroit, this will give new life and hope to its residents. In this sense, the Detroit Waterfront District will re-translate the city of Detroit. DWD: Burj Al Bahar, meaning “top of life,” “spring,” and “youth boom,” this will generate strong international appeal to generate population and pool investments that fuel Detroit’s revival. It is considered one of the most important and successful projects in the field of tower design.

Procedural and Generative Design – Tower Design
By knowing how they work based on their contextual definition, we can create models from the collected data. We have carried out numerous studies and analyzes of the building’s performance at its maximum capacity and planning a future-proof design. Many of the studies were radiation analysis, thermal comfort, and wind tunneling. Using this data, we can program the required spaces using environmental parameters.

Project Contract – Construction Facilities
Thanks to promising construction technologies from Manni Spire and Green Tech, the DWD: Sea Tower uses a light steel frame and heavy-duty joinery to ensure its safety. Steel is one of the key elements in the circular economy and sustainability. Architects always want to achieve an approach in which the environment is not harmed; Make the world a better place for all creatures. This is, of course, one of the most important reasons that led to its emergence and success as one of the tower designs.

Isopan ArkWall will be used mainly for the exterior facade gills, curved railings, and the interior walls of the building. The application of Isopan Addvision with its wide variety of Prisma color coat will provide the tower with exceptional UV performance and abrasion resistance from harsh weather conditions. This will also provide improved aesthetics and long term performance which will save a lot of cost in long term goals.

The rooftop of the tower and the Iso Green Roof will be used to provide stunning views of the common and multi-purpose areas. This type of roofing system will contribute to improving the bioclimate, managing rainwater, improving acoustics and thermal insulation, and saving energy. This will also increase the extensions of usable surfaces and the value of the building. It is worth noting that this is a successful step in the field of tower design.
