Rammed Earth Pavilion
On practically every continent in the world, rammed earth buildings may be found. These buildings are made by compacting moist subsoil, which when dried forms hard and dense walls, bricks, or other structures.
When building eco-houses, rammed earth is frequently utilized as a green substitute for concrete and is gaining popularity among architects who are concerned about the environment.
Moreover, a series of events examining the special advantages of various construction materials includes the Rammed Earth Pavilion competition. Participants are tasked with creating a pavilion that will be built out of rammed earth in a chosen area. Additionally, designs submitted should include details for the show that will be held in the pavilion.
Whether it is intended to be temporary or permanent, the Rammed Earth Pavilion shouldn’t be larger than 50 m2. It’s crucial that the design utilize this traditional and environmentally friendly building material in novel ways.
