Conference and Forum Programme
A series of industry forums, VILOG Talk discussion sessions, site visits to industrial parks, ports and business matching programs will receive strong investment as key highlights of VILOG 2026. Must-attend programmes include:
Site visits to industrial parks and ports extend the programme beyond the exhibition floor, connecting delegates to the physical infrastructure that underlies Vietnam’s logistics network. Business matching sessions connect exhibitors with qualified international buyers and partners.
Sponsors and Key Participants
VILOG 2026 continues to receive strong support from major sponsors including Giao Hang NANG as Gold Sponsor, alongside Silver Sponsors Long An International Port, ITL Group and Gemadept. Their participation reflects the show’s direct alignment with Vietnam’s port infrastructure, freight, and integrated logistics service sectors.
Co-located Exhibitions
VILOG 2026 will continue to be held concurrently with two specialized exhibitions, expanding the combined platform’s reach across complementary logistics and supply chain sectors. The SECC venue’s location near major transport routes in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, makes it logistically well-positioned for an event serving the city’s role as Vietnam’s primary commercial and distribution hub.
Audience
The exhibition targets logistics and supply chain professionals: freight forwarders, warehouse operators, port and airport industry representatives, transport and shipping companies, logistics technology providers, industrial zone developers, customs brokers, and procurement managers. In 2025, the event welcomed 15,176 visitors, reflecting its growing prominence in the global logistics arena. ✦ ArchUp Editorial Insight
VILOG 2026’s significance is inseparable from Vietnam’s structural position in global supply chains: as manufacturing shifts from China into Southeast Asia, Vietnam has emerged as one of the region’s primary production and export hubs, and the logistics infrastructure connecting its factories to global markets is both a constraint and an investment priority. The ROBOTEX zone debut is the most forward-looking element of the 2026 programme, acknowledging that warehouse automation and robotics are no longer optional technology layers but competitive necessities for logistics operators. The China-Vietnam Aviation Logistics conference reflects the practical reality of Vietnam’s supply chain: deep integration with Chinese manufacturing means that aviation logistics between the two countries is a high-volume and rapidly growing corridor. For those tracking urban and infrastructure development in Southeast Asia, the industrial zone and port infrastructure sector at VILOG provides a direct read on where Vietnam is investing in the physical platform that underlies its economic growth.
Closing Note
In its fourth edition, VILOG has established itself as Vietnam’s primary annual logistics industry platform and one of Southeast Asia’s most significant supply chain events. Its three-day programme at SECC, combining exhibition floor, forums, site visits, and business matching, addresses the full spectrum of logistics industry needs at a moment when Vietnam’s infrastructure buildout and its role in global supply chain restructuring are generating sustained professional and investment interest across the region.
