ArchUp Conducts Its Most Extensive Technical and Editorial Review Since Launch
This conceptual graphic reimagines the traditional architectural blueprint as a dynamic digital canvas, illustrating the integration of advanced technologies, automation, and data analytics into modern spatial design.
ArchUp has recently carried out a series of maintenance and improvement tasks on the site's editorial and technical infrastructure. This review marks the most comprehensive overhaul since the platform's launch approximately six years ago.
The work involved optimizing the site structure, reviewing internal and external links, fixing broken links, and cleaning up technical and editorial remnants accumulated during previous stages of publishing and development.
The review also covered the events section, involving incremental updates to various event listings. Key improvements included:
* Correcting event dates and times.
* Removing unverified or misleading pricing information.
* Removing "Offer" Schema markup when pricing was unconfirmed.
* Correcting venue and address details for specific events.
* Restoring original publication dates following updates.
* Ensuring featured images remained correctly linked to both Arabic and English versions.
* Adding editorial review notes where necessary.
* Verifying Canonical tags, Hreflang attributes, and Schema markup for Arabic-English page pairs.
* Linking Arabic and English versions via Polylang where required.
The review encompassed a number of events, including:
BARILGA EXPO 2026, Art Basel Miami Beach 2026, Frank Gehry: The Century of Gehry, Gaudí / Miró / Gomis, INDEX Saudi Arabia, Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia, Autodesk University, and Saudi Infrastructure Expo.
These efforts are part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing archive quality, refining page relationships, improving content accessibility, and minimizing accumulated technical errors. ArchUp will continue review and maintenance work gradually, focusing on protecting the historical archive and improving its structure without compromising published content or its underlying links.
